These terms apply to your use of the Intercept Oncology LLP (“Intercept”, “we”, “us”) website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About this website
This website describes our oncologist-led cancer screening, awareness sessions and HPV vaccination drives, and lets organisations and groups contact us. It is not a patient portal. We do not offer online booking, payments or report delivery through it.
2. Not medical advice
Information on this website is general and for information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and visiting the site or sending an enquiry does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
If you have symptoms or health concerns, please consult a qualified doctor. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3. Enquiries and programmes
Sending an enquiry does not create a binding agreement. A programme goes ahead only after we agree its details, schedule and terms with your organisation in writing. Programme details and pricing are shared on enquiry.
Programmes are delivered at sites agreed with your group and depend on suitable space, scheduling and participant numbers. Participants’ health information is collected during the programme under its own notice and consent, not through this website.
4. What screening can and cannot do
Screening helps assess risk and look for signs of disease at an early stage. It is not a diagnosis, and no screening can find every cancer or give a certain outcome. Follow-up steps are discussed during the consultation, and your own doctor remains responsible for your ongoing care.
5. Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully. You must not:
- send false, misleading or abusive information
- include personal medical details in the enquiry form
- try to interfere with the site, its security or other users
- copy or scrape the site in bulk without our written permission
6. Our content
The site’s text, design, logos and images belong to Intercept Oncology LLP or are used with permission. You may view and share links to pages for personal or organisational use, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content commercially without our written consent.
7. Third-party links
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
8. Limits on our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Intercept is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
